Congratulations to Jennifer who celebrates 4 years with IntelliSource this month.? We recognize and celebrate someone who possesses the character and integrity of a true performance-oriented business development professional.? Jennifer enjoys the relationships she has cultivated over these past several years and pours her energy into driving continued success.? IntelliSource thanks Jennifer for her contributions that helped triple the team this year.? She is an instrumental part of driving new clients and increasing revenue while positioning our company for new opportunities ahead.? Each quarter, Jennifer sets aggressive goals and works hard to follow through on her objectives.? Her continued business development strategies and excellent client service skills align IntelliSource for growth.? Jennifer brings a driving force to her team regarding planning and accomplishments as she demonstrates by examples in the workplace of living up to high standards of excellence.? Not only is Jennifer able to customize and plan logical solutions for her clients, she graces everyone she comes in contact with her sense of humor and positive outlook.? Jennifer is not only a great business development professional but she creates opportunities for others on the team to feel appreciated as well.? Outside of work, Jennifer spends time with her husband Dan and two kids, Sammy who is 8 and Larkin who is 5.? They are an active family that spends time outdoors camping, hiking, and enjoying the mountains.? We are supporting Jennifer as she continues to run and train for a full marathon.? Melissa Rousan
Major Account Recruiting Support Manager
Melissa celebrates her 2 year anniversary with IntelliSource in the role of Major Account Recruiting Support Manager. She enjoys being able to change people?s lives by giving them hope that new career opportunities provide.? Melissa?s contributions to the company include supporting her team as they set and meet goals to expand business.? Additionally, Melissa was impactful in helping to create then train an on-site recruitment team for an IntelliSource major client this year.? Next year, Melissa is looking forward to challenging herself to take on positions working with site recruiting and continue to help develop great relations within these locations (supporting both teams and clients towards success).? Her natural ability to marshal resources, people, and projects quickly and decisively help IntelliSource carry out business initiatives.? Melissa enjoys contributing to creating long standing processes that are designed to help bring successful recruiting and lower attrition to the projects she is assigned.? In addition to being a great manager, she also has a positive outlook and those around her appreciate her dedication.? Outside of work, Melissa has been busy planning her wedding on November 17th, 2012.? Naturally, she enjoys spending time with her fianc?, remodeling their new home, hiking, and the great outdoors of Colorado.? We thank Melissa for her years of business contributions sto IntelliSource and congratulate her as well on her upcoming wedding.
Joshua Dunne
Site Supervisor
Joshua also celebrates 2 years with IntelliSource. ?He is?currently working as a Site Supervisor and leading his team to success. He enjoys his work because it provides him the opportunity to build relationships with IntelliSource clients and employees. As part of operations, Joshua helps place the right people in the right positions at the right time for the right results. ?Joshua manages 3rd shift operations and helps recruit qualified professionals for various positions available. Joshua enjoys being part of his site operations team because it is an opportunity to be more than just a vendor, instead, IntelliSource is a strategic business partner. His goals for next year are to be a Site Manager. ?Joshua enjoys spending time with his two daughters Hailey and Sadie who always put a smile on his face. When asked how Joshua spends his weekends, he shared that playing baseball with ?the guys? keeps him active and connected with good friends. ?Thank you Joshua for a job well done. ?We congratulate you on a successful year!
Dayna Hightower / Payroll ? Administrative Assistant
Dayna celebrates her first year with IntelliSource and we are happy to have her on the Payroll/Administrative team. ?Her first year brought many rewarding challenges and Dayna mentions that she enjoys the fact that things at IntelliSource are always in motion (she is up for a good challenge any day). ?The company culture is attractive to Dayna who credits several of her mentors with providing leadership and inspiration along her career path. Dayna has had the opportunity this year to learn new skills including payroll and various internal software programs that streamline business operations. Outside of work, Dayna enjoys travel (she spent 3 1/2 weeks in Britain and France) and collecting antique jewelry as well as photography and music. ?We appreciate Dayna?s contributions to IntelliSource and her positive energy in the office. ?Thank you for a job well done!
